Ozone Laundry Chemical Systems

Guardian Integrated Services’ Solid Laundry Chemical System is a scalable dispensing platform that is flexible enough to supply one to three washers, with capacities up to 100 lbs each.

Washers are accurately and automatically dosed with any mix of solid and liquid chemicals from a single chemical source and water line at flow rates up to 36 oz/min. Independent microprocessor controls receive chemical requests from the washers and reliably manage the specific chemical volume delivered to each washer load, without the need for “washer hold” functions. Multiple washers can receive the chemical dosing simultaneously. This configuration allows laundries with multiple washer sizes and configurations to utilize one solid chemical setup versus multiple dispensers.

Available System Variations:

Guardian’s Laundry Dispensing Systems can be configured with any combination of solid and liquid chemicals. Systems can be supplied with peristaltic pumps or venturi chemical transfer systems to allow installation on any OPL washer extractor brand.

Guardian solid laundry chemical products use proprietary compound formulations that are unattainable in a liquid product line. This provides superior product stability and concentrations over any liquid product supplier. These products are also formulated for direct compatibility with Guardian Ozone Laundry Systems.
