CBW Ozone Laundry Systems

Guardian Integrated Services is proud to announce the release of our new CBW Ozone Laundry Systems. Utilizing many of the same reliable Guardian control components, used in commercial and industrial applications around the world, these systems deliver an unprecedented level of technology and performance to the laundry industry.

Although, there have been hundreds of successful ozone laundry installation in on-premise laundry (OPL) operations around the world in the past decade. Laundries with Continuous Batch Washers (CBW) have had limited exposure, at best, to ozone applications.

Rigorous production schedules, with no time for breakdowns, extra maintenance issues, or increased rewash percentages, have kept most large laundry operations from embracing the idea of using ozone laundry systems (OLS). With the help of engineers at Guardian Manufacturing, the problems of unreliable equipment, complex systems requiring large amounts of maintenance, and questionable linen quality have all been answered.

The CBW OLS are fully automatic, have PLC controllers, and are equipped with remote access and remote control capabilities. Self-monitoring and self-diagnostic software systems ensure ongoing sampling and logging of system data. Guardian’s system controls continuously monitor sensors and log data for feed gas quality, generator pressure, ozone generator power output, dissolved ozone concentrations, ORP, pH in the final rinse water, ozone injector vacuum levels, and operating times within the system.
